Curteous and prompt
I like that the lot is gated
The shuttles come fairly often so we don’t have to wait long. And the drivers are wonderful to put luggage into our car which is greatly appreciated. However, when we arrived home from Vietnam last Thursday our driver had trouble finding every vehicle and passed two cars completely. I’m hoping he is new and learns the parking lot layout and the models of cars in the near future.

We find the Spot so easy to use. The app makes it so easy to book and pay. The rates are very reasonable and there’s always a van ready to take us to the airport and they come pretty regularly for pickup back to our car. It’s the easiest part of our travels.
