We have used the Parking Spot several times now for both short and long term parking. Always a perfect experience. Never been an issues, great efficient service, very nice helpful, courteous drivers. Can't be more pleased. Keep up the great work and thank you.
Super easy to reserve space online and pay when exiting. The pick up and drop off team were friendly and helpful. This is not my first time and won’t be my last time to use The Parking Spot.

Just want to thank the team who helped me during my recent stay. After boarding the shuttle to the airport, I realized that I had left my backpack in the car. The driver immediately called the lady who had checked me in at the Valet - and in less than a minute, she brought the car around, I retrieved my bag, and we were on our way. THANK YOU!
The staff is friendly and so professional. Always willing to assist with luggage. Parking and transportation to/from the airport is so easy!
Easy to find. We used the valet parking and it was super easy. PS helped get our bags to the shuttle, shuttle left in a few minutes to the airport. Return was also very convenient. Shuttle arrived within 5 minutes and our car was waiting for us upon our arrival. We will use their services again.
Your shuttle buses are often slow to pick up passengers at terminal for return to parking lot. This trip they were there promptly. Good job ?
