Terminal E is a nightmare because there’s no special line and it’s a race for the bus that can pull up anywhere. Ver difficult if you have lots of luggage or even standing there longer then those just arriving

Your price is reasonable., your shuttle service is impeccable no delays always on point with pick up and drop off! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We are always please!

We have always had good luck with the timing of shuttles. The drivers are usuallly fast and efficient. Easy to get in and out with the app.

I would advise to pay online in advance of your trip...makes it more of an in and out experience.

I'm a flight attendant and have free parking at the east lot and I would rather pay to park here. I park at the century location and i can't get over how quick and efficient this location is. Last week I was SO late to work and I timed it, from the lot to terminal 1 it took 2 minutes, exactly. I never wait more than a few minutes at terminal to be picked up AND everytime im running out and see your shuttle, you guys ALWAYS stop and wait for me. You have the kindest drivers and I can't say enough words to applaud this location. Well done

We have been using The Parking Spot for years. We like the low prices of your service. The location is very convenient to our home and on the way to the airport. The website is very user friendly and very easy to book a reservation. All of the staff that we have encountered are always very friendly and assist us with our luggage.
