I have been using the Parking Spot 2 out of Phoenix Sky Harbor since 2014. I have never had any issues. My car is always safe, I never wait more then a few minutes for the shuttle both on departure and on my return. I will never park anywhere else.
Fast processing of my problem and resolved it to my satisfaction. Erica was considerate and acted in a professional manner with me over the phone. I appreciate her timely response to my concerns. I will continue to use The Spot #1 on Will Clayton as my preferred long term parking while traveling from IAH

I appreciate your good business plan....keep the customers happy! When your pick up is behind your car before you get the luggage out of the trunk. When you have just landed at DFW, your van is there to return you to your car with no waiting. It's smooth and simple!
