Guest Testimonials

Easy, convenient, very helpful. Will always use them and definitely will recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and respectful personnel

the fact that I don't have to worry about anything. I know my car is safe. I know I am going to get to and from the Airport and be picked up and dropped off at my car no having to remember where I parked it saves a lot of time and energy

The shuttle drives are courteous and helpful.

They are all about customer service!!!
We travel 3-4 times a year and always
book with Parking Spot 2.
They pick up us almost immediately when we park.
They usually waiting at the airport when we arrive.
It's convenient.
The staff is always great.
In person and on the phone.

Usually quick to pick me up. Only a couple times did I wait for a little longer than I anticipated. It would be nice at the airport if I didn’t have to walk so far but I know that’s out of y’all’s control. It would be helpful to have a cross walk from airport doors on the end near where park fly waits.

Easy and quick ride to the airport
Friendly staff
It would be better to add more pickup shuttles to the airport.
Last time we had to wait about 20 mins for a shuttle to come, in 100°+ temps.

They were very helpful at the "Parking Spot" and driver's were prompt and friendly! We wish them well and will park there in the future ! it's easy !

Good prices, friendly service

Got to the Spot, parked, got on the shuttle and just as easy when we got back. Thank you to the Parking Spot!!

Near the airport with easy access. Your employees are very kind and helpful. Dropped us off right at our parking spot .

The service is great for frequent travelers like me who fly nearly every week for my employer.
The "door-to-door" pickup at my car and being dropped off at the terminal right at TSA security doors is great. The mobile app is very easy to use and having the QR codes to check in and out at the kiosk make for a fast experience. The free car wash to get rid of the dust and dirt that accumulates around the airport is a nice touch, but it can be super busy during certain times of the day. It would be nice to have more than 1 car wash bay. The cold bottles of water at the exit are also a great perk, especially during the warm summers! How about Hot Cocoa during the winter? LOL

convenience, prompt, polite shuttle service, security

Prompt and friendly service. The driver’s are very helpful.

Easy to find, car is secure, bus ride to airport was smooth and quick; nice people

Our driver!!!! LaShaunda was the absolute best! She was very friendly and polite! Her customer service skills were top-notch! I feel as if she is a true asset to your team! Thank you LaShaunda for your friendly smile and willingness to do a great job! She was amazing! Thanks again!

Near airport, shuttles frequent, drivers are courteous

Pick up is quick and being a part of the reward systems pays off with great discounts!

I love that you can book in advance, collect points/credit for stays & that the service is seamless - they pick you up at your car (almost) immediately & take you back to your exact spot.

I love the parking spot. It’s so convenient to park and pick up the shuttle. My biggest issue is having to wait like max ten minutes to get my shuttle (boohoo), but most of the time the shuttles are so fast. I like the free water, too! Prices can be high, but worth it to know your car is safe and accessible after a flight.

Very quick delivery and pickup

Wonderful service and drivers!

Your drivers are always very helpful and friendly!

I actually did refer a friend to TPS this last trip. The service is typically very efficient and more affordable when you have a membership with them.

Conveniently located and easy in and out.
