Employees are very friendly and courteous even very early in the morning and very late at night. Pricing is very reasonable. The shuttle bus is always there and a quick ride to the terminal.
First driver was very helpful in helping out when we had made a mistake in our parking situation. Getting picked up was a breeze. The young man helped us with our suitcases and was very friendly.

Very well managed and the service was excellent
The shuttle was quick and the staff was very friendly. I had just arrived at the Buffalo site after driving for a couple of hours from outside of Toronto and had to use the bathroom, I asked on of the shuttle drivers if there was one I could use and he escorted me over to it. When leaving the wonderful woman in the booth offered my wife and I a bottle of water for the drive home. Amazing service and kind staff, 2 giant thumbs up and I will be recommending them to my travel agent for future clients to use
Close to the EWR Airport with shuttle service. Shuttle service makes rounds trips, but you can call for pick up if need be.
Secure parking
The shuttle was waiting for me when I arrived and parked in the lot and took me directly to the airport. On my return trip, the shuttle was there waiting and I was able to get right on and get back to my car. The drivers were polite and helpful.
