Easy in and out, always courteous and helpful with luggage. Never had an issue the many times I’ve used the facility. Quick drop off and pickup at airport. Safe and convenient!

Normally your pickup at the airport to return to my vehicle is excellent. This last trip the waiting time was close to 20 minutes. We saw a number of Parking Spot One and South buses and one Parking Spot Two bus went right by, don't know if it was totally full but move buses should have been in service.

I like the convenience of the entire experience-making a reservation online, the ease to enter/exit the parking lot, the pay options, availability of the shuttle, and the courteous help of the drivers. Traveling can be stressful at times. The Parking Spot help easing any concerns with transportation to/from the airport.
