How efficient the tram services are

The Parking Spot makes air travel so much more convenient and simple! It's as easy as dropping off your car and getting on the bus. I never worry about my vehicle while it's at The Parking Spot, and the ability to have my car detailed while I'm away is an extra perk that I'm now taking advantage of.

Convenient and lot less costs

The drivers are always very nice. Some feedback. Your drivers that drop people off in the covered parking seem to have no clue what the cards say for locations. Multiple times the driver has to rely on the customer to tell them where we parked. The South site is much more efficient at bringing the customer to the spot. Also, why doesn’t my card on file work to pay when I scan the QR code to leave? The South site works fine the but the West site always requires me to swipe a card.
