I love the cost overall, so much cheaper than the red lot, i like to be able to park my car under the cover during bad weather. All of the drivers are professional and helpful. Pickup is fast, even when your flight gets in lake. Just a great service overall. You get free parking days as you park in the lot. Everything is always safe and secure!

Great service and convenient. The only recommendation is to change the meeting spot on the app. For Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, it says to meet at area 4, when in reality it is area 7.

The parking spot is definitely the best choice if you need a safe and reliable spot for your car at Newark airport. They are courteous, their shuttle bus is very prompt and frequent, and best of all your car is intact and ready to go when you are on the return. Their app works very well for everything involved in the process from checking in to identifying the shuttle bus to checking out.

The pickup at Newark was fast, even though you take your time picking up people at the lot. This was perfect as I appreciate being picked up at my spot, but also appreciate not having to wait around for a shuttle with my bags in the cold outside newark when I've just arrived home
It's easy to get in and out, and with the App I just scan the QR code to come in, and then pay.
I like the online scheduling, the promptness and courteousness of the drivers and the ability to have covered parking. Tipping in the application is a plus - as it never fails that I will have tipped away all my cash when I get to this final step!

A great value with Door to Door Shuttle Service
I have parked with you for decades over the various name changes. Service is steady and, though prices have increased, remain competitive relative to daily parking at EWR.
Friendly help at the lot and quick pickup at the airport.
I do recommend your company to friends of ours that travel all the time… My only question is why do I feel like I get extra added charges on for being a member. Ugh
