One plus is that there has always been a gatekeeper on duty entering and exiting if there are any issues which is a big relief for customers, especially older folks who may have technology problems. Thank you! I also like the cold water bottles available, especially coming off a flight.

I’ve parked here several times and I’ve never had a problem getting to the airport and back to my car after my trip is done.
Everything was great from check-in to pick up to THE Airport back from the Airport right to the car helps with the luggage at an amazing experience compared to the other sites we've used in Orlando.

I use the Parking Spot every time I fly. I used it in both Austin and Dallas. The drivers are helpful with luggage and a great job. The parking places can be a little tight, but II will continue to use this service going forward. Kudos to the Parking!

Good price but pickup location was different from the instructions on the back of the parking spot card. Pickup at BWI was door 7 vs door 7 or 10. Even calling didn't get it right. Thank goodness the driver stopped in the road.
