Very easy process from getting to the Parking Spot, the attendant told me where empty spots were right when I entered. The shuttle showed up in less than 5 minutes and I was at the terminal in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely use their service again.

Superior service! I had booked a self park uncovered space at The Parking Spot at BDL. The rain was really coming down that day and it was super easy to change to valet parking. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! When we returned, the app was very easy to navigate to request pick up and our car was ready as soon as we arrived at the spot.
