Our driver was very attentive and kind first of all. We did a day trip and I saw her in the early morning and at night when we arrived. She was very nice and professional. So big props to her. Good price but pickup location was different from the instructions on the back of the parking spot card. Pickup at BWI was door 7 vs door 7 or 10. Even calling didn't get it right. Thank goodness the driver stopped in the road.
