I’ve always been very satisfied with your pricing. It doesn’t break the bank. Every time I have parked with you, a van is usually waiting to pick me up before I even get out of the car. When I return from my trip, the wait time on the island is normally short and consistent. Drivers have always been very helpful with my baggage.

Easy the attendants are patient. The shuttle drivers know exactly where to pick up and drop off. My car is safe. It only takes a few minutes to get to the terminals. They have a qr code to tip drivers

Convenient, good price, friendly drivers, clean shuttles, etc. The only things I would change is if the drivers could be a little more communicative if there's a delay or we're doing something abnormal. And the QR codes lead to a site to be able to tip, but the site has major issues. I've tried so many times to tip and regardless of time of day, type of card, number of tries...the amount charges, goes through, I get a notification that I've been charged on my account, and then I almost immediately get a notification that there's an issue and I'm getting refunded.
