ez pickup and drop off, good prices, especially for uncovered
Convenient. Easy to locate. Fast shuttles.
I love that you picked me up right at my car and drop me back off right at my car. I love that I can track you online to show where you were at all times. I like that you have a live person available if I need help at the entrance and exit I like that the drivers of the vans help you with your luggage on and off I like the convenience of able to book online.

I have not had an issue with parking since i have been using their services. I find it convenient, although prices have gone up.
Fairly easy for me to use. Like everything in Los Angeles it's expensive
Quick pickup. Reasonable rates
Easy to park and friendly drivers.
Terrific service all around
Covered parking, convenient. Very reasonable prices.
Easy access
Provided timely pickup at the airport terminal even around 1am when our plane arrival had been delayed.
Efficient and helpful
Simple!
Efficient; convenient; secure; driver awareness; management support.
They help you get to and from airport hassle free
Easy parking, protection, easy exit
The process of checking in for my reservation went very smoothly. The driver showed up very quickly & assisted with my larger bag. She was also very courteous. Since I had estimated my return much later than I actually arrived, my estimated charges were higher. I am a RETIRED Flight Attendant and fly space available so I have to estimate my return. Since I opted to pay upon my return, I learned that I HAVE to check out with the ATTENDANT to receive my airline discount & make any adjustments to my bill. I had already paid when I checked out this visit & learned there are NO REFUNDS or exceptions. Other than this issue, my experience with The Parking Spot was an excellent experience! Thank you for your qualified drivers!
A great experience departing & returning.
I always use the Parking Spot because their staff is always friendly, and they are very efficient.
Easy to make reservation, close to MCO airport and drop off / pickup shuttles every 15 minutes or so.
Easy and convenient. Shuttle drivers are helpful
Very helpful employees when you have car trouble.
Smooth booking, a spotless facility, quick entry and exit, friendly drivers, and frequent shuttles with minimal wait time.
Convenient, relatively quick shuttle service, fair price
Fast and easy pickup from the lot to the airport with no delays. I love that the drivers load and unload your bags, and the pickup location is right next to your vehicle. It's a very convenient service and truly a first-class operation. I highly recommend it!
Reliable
Lots of buses speed to the airport very convenient. It would be good to upgrade the air conditioning in the buses for summer.
It's a well-kept facility very close to the terminal and the shuttle service is timely and convenient. I like having the covered parking, and this is much more affordable than parking in the airport garages. Using the mobile app makes it so convenient to reserve a space and to check in and out of the gate.
