both drivers were very friendly. they cracked jokes and kept everyone in good spirits. ting for pickup as there were 3 other groups in the same aisle and the driver just about followed us to it. There was only about a 2 minute wait for pickup from the airport. Both driver were courteous anf helpful. Thge water on the way out was greatly appreciated.

Easy access to the parking area and very close the the OAK airport. As soon as you arrive, the attendant provides lot number to park and as soon as you park your car, the shuttle bus is right there to take your luggage. Very convenient. Drivers are courteous and friendly.
