Overall, PS is good. The pot holes are dangerous; so, navigating the lot (and the roads, which I know you're not responsible for) is treacherous.

Also, please ask the drivers to be aware that the buses are not smooth through the chicanes associated with the construction.

Yesterday was the first and only time that the driver explained the traffic pattern with the construction. That should be standard.

Aside from being conveniently located to the airport, the drivers are extremely friendly and very accommodating to travelers with luggage. I only ask that Park Plus consider having shuttles to/from the International Terminal.

prompt service except the morning when leaving seemed like short staffed ; person was unloading cars and driving the van. Also upon return at 1 am the system was down so line to check out.

Consistent and attentive to detail. Our driver was careful to keep their passengers informed of changes to drop off and pick up locations.

Your service is fast and friendly. You always seem to have a suttle van available and the driver always takes time to help with the luggage. The facility is in a very good location, close proximity to the airport and easy to get to from the 270 bi-pass. Checking in or out is always easy with the electronic processing.

however your booth staff ALWAYS seem like they hate their jobs and are annoyed if you have to ask a question. THAT needs to be fixed ASAP because that is what I let everyone know when I recommend The Parking Spot. I warn them to try NOT to ask any questions lol

Convenience and pricing. Close to the airport, clean/secure parking and friendly shuttle drivers. This is now my second “home” airport and will continue to use yall.

I do enjoy the ease of reservations through the app and the speediness of the shuttles. I’ve never had to wait very long ever and I’ve been parking there for a long time. I do notice the increase in pricing and now am paying closer attention to it. Not saying that I’d stop but it starting to become a considering factor for me.
