I bought my mountain bike at your original store quite a while ago (maybe 10 years?), but didn't get back there too often after that, since I live in Bloomington, and the location wasn't so convenient. But now that you bought out Penn Cycle, it's not so far for me to go to the store at Valley West.
Your web site is pretty good. I was looking for gloves and a bike computer a couple days and was glad to see you had a good selection of both, and that I could order them and pick them up at your store (with curbside delivery) just a day later.

They were able to expedite the repair very quickly. They phoned right away to inform me what was wrong and how much it would cost. they told me how to prevent the repair in the future.

I like the people at the Bloomington store, I like the quality of the work they do on my bikes. I think the pricing is fair, and I really like their customer focus. They do there best to help me solve my problem(s) as quickly as possible.

I really liked Chris, the gentleman that helped me with my decision to buy the trike I did. So professional and very understanding of my needs relating to my physical conditions. ie; age, and special needs due to multiple back surgeries, and limited mobility. I also know the vehicle we decided on was spot on. Have all ready some miles on, and know it’s going to help me get back in shape. Going to be a long road, but with my new trike, I definitely see a bright light at the end of the tunnel.

Friendly staff.

It was so easy during a tricky time to purchase a bike. I called and asked about used inventory for a new rider. They were able to let me know over the phone the selection for her size. We safely came in a great store. They followed COVID guidelines and took it seriously.
My youngest was happy to get her first bike and I felt like the drive was well worth it.
