I just bought a new bike a few weeks ago and my experience was great! They answered all my questions and helped me find accessories that made sense as a newbie to the biking world. Looking forward to utilizing their other services for maintenance/general check ups. I would definitely recommend Freewheel Bikes! I also have a friend that works for Trek that was helping me choose a bike and she highly recommended Freewheel.

You repaired a flat tire on a drop - in. I only had to wait a few minutes. Very good service.

I feel in control of the bike and enjoy the easy shifting of gears, the sturdy yet light frame, and the way the bike glides when I am not pedaling. I have arthritis in my hips. I needed a low step bike and this one makes me feel capable and comfortable. Thank you for great service and product.

Great experience, even in the COVID-19 time period. Very helpful, informed and patient staff. Great communication on when the bike was scheduled to be built and ready.

Also, the Eden Prairie location was helpful in finding the bike and model we wanted. It’s impressive to see locations helping customers to find the bike they want, regardless of where it is.

Service was top notch. Was able to purchase a bicycle for my daughter for her Golden Birthdaty as well as a set of crank brothers candy pedals for my bike as well as cycling shoes as well. Staff was very informative and patient. Keep up the great work.

I've purchased many new Specialized bikes from the store that begins with an E and 1 Trek from Penn Cycle. This is the first bike that I purchased from Freewheel. Your staff is friendly and customer focused. Even though we're in the middle of a pandemic, your staff answered the phone and is actively communicating in the chat. I shopped several other bike shops and Freewheel was about the only store where I was able to speak with a human or get an email response. I like that Freewheel is focused on bikes and the store is not overly stocked with snow boards, skis, campers etc. Freewheel is more like an Apple store and the customer experience.
