We shopped at several local bike shops in search of a new bike. Ultimately, Freewheel was the first, and the last (to make a purchase!) shop we stopped at. Tyler helped us out in talking about proper fit and adjusting small things here and there to ensure the bike was comfortable. We really appreciated the effort to go the extra mile and provide not just a product - but a good experience, which will likely lead to a relationship with many more future visits. Thanks Freewheel!!

you guys are just perfect - the guy who helped me was SO GREAT - he helped me pick out a badass seat and new lights and all.. I have had my marin bike for 18 years, and I spent $450 on it and it is like brand new - thanks so much guys!
