The gentleman that checked me in on the repairs for my 2 bikes was simply awesome. He did a great job explaining what was the best approach on fixing each of the bikes and giving me his recommendation. He has excellent customer service skills!! I do not remember his name but he was in his early 20's, black hair, and wore glasses. Great employee!!

I like your mechanic, Michael, at the Bloomington-Old Shakopee store. He's careful and efficient. He doesn't try to fix things that don't need fixing and if he does need to fix something he first explains why. And his fixes work.
