Chris has always been awesome to work with and the only one I trust with our bikes! All of the mechanics have been great and super friendly to work with … I drive past the Burnsville store just to talk to Chris and work with that team - super knowledgeable, friendly and a relaxed atmosphere!

I liked that your staff found a way to have my rear derailleur cable fixed within 24 hours, so I could make my Saturday morning group ride. He sent me to another Free Wheel Shop. I picked it up and without testing it, rode it 78 hilly miles and the quality of the repair was flawless. Free Wheel is my go-to shop for repairs and equipment. Thanks.
