Tim was so helpful, answered all my questions, and made proper suggestions. I didn't think that an E-Bike was going to be for me because of the cost. One 15 minute ride (granted it was a beautiful day), and I was hooked on the Trek/Bosch bike!
I buy most day to day things online until it comes to more significant investments. It is essential for me to support a local business and know that they will be there for me.

Had a front flat, I brought my Trek in they did a quick inspection replaced the tube and made adjustments so my chain could transfer correctly, all at a reasonable cost and done in a timely manor. My bike was ready to go twenty minutes. I was very please with their service.
