It was so easy during a tricky time to purchase a bike. I called and asked about used inventory for a new rider. They were able to let me know over the phone the selection for her size. We safely came in a great store. They followed COVID guidelines and took it seriously.
My youngest was happy to get her first bike and I felt like the drive was well worth it.

Sevice team very thorough and I am always confident the job was done well, which is important to someone who puts 6K to 8K miles on a year. Work often with Mike at the Bloomington location, and he is top-notch. Would not recommend any other company to my friends and cooworkers.

I like that you offer the Freewheel Fanatics discount program. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. Product selection is fairly large (especially at Eden Prairie location). The Bloomington location has improved leaps and bounds over the past year or so, and looks like it’s only going to get better. Manager and staff over there are great.
