I really appreciate the attention and the good advice I get from the sales staff and technicians. I have been in many times for issues and always received great service! In fact, the last visit I realized I forgot my wallet. They fixed my bike and asked me to pay the bill next time I had my wallet :). Terrific!

Staff was helpful, ready, and knowledgeable. They were not pushy, trying to up sell, and listened to our needs in a bike for our daughter. It was really the staff that pushed me to buy the bike here. I wish pricing was better but guess that is the industry at this time.
