The sales person worked for the customers needs unlike Paul at the Roseville location.
Manuals came with the bike at Bloomington not at Roseville. Had to call only to be told everything is on the internet....
Coupons were given at Bloomington, a sheet of paper listed with bike benefits given at Roseville with no explanation.
