The gentleman that checked me in on the repairs for my 2 bikes was simply awesome. He did a great job explaining what was the best approach on fixing each of the bikes and giving me his recommendation. He has excellent customer service skills!! I do not remember his name but he was in his early 20's, black hair, and wore glasses. Great employee!!
