Chris the manager at the eden prairie store was amazingly helpful. He found us vikes we wanted and even went to two other stores to build them so we had them that night for birthdays. Chris is awesome and made me happy I went through him instead of eriks.

The service was excellent. They guys were patient and explained the differences between the bikes I was comparing. I planned to pick up my assembled bike on Saturday and they had it ready in the middle of the day Friday giving me a couple of excellent rides I would not have otherwise had.

I appreciated that they're doing what they can to maintain social distancing. There was a short wait but everyone was given personal service in order in a way that made me feel comfortable.

Chris was excellent to work with. Professional. Helped make the purchase easy, no pressure.

This is my go to bike shop. Generally very good staff who are friendly and even willing to chat a bit. However having said that I don't get any work done here because the turn around time is too long. I also won't buy road bikes or parts here because online is significantly cheaper. I'd be willing to pay a small mark up for an in store purchase but the difference is too large. It also seems stores are lagging behind the times a bit and only carrying major western brands when there are Chinese competitors with similar products at much better price points. Ie sensah yoleo etc...

Absolutely outstanding!! It was my first bike purchase over $200. I bought the Marlin 7 from Trek, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I would go back again and plan on doing my maintenance there!! The guys really know their stuff here!!

The staff was amazing!! These are incredibly crazy times, for sure. I was fifth in line outside and I was so impressed with how smooth everything went. It appeared to be only two men handling everything...phones, customers and repairs. I am horrible with names, so I apologize if he told me. I thought I would find it on the receipt, but only the date at time. 5-4-20 @ 3:43pm. I am from the northern suburbs, so the Roseville store will be closer for service, but if anyone asks where to buy a bike in the south metro,I will definitely be sending them to the Bloomington location. Thank You!!!!!
