Great quality products and stellar staff! Best customer service in the metro area! We’ve always received the same high level of service whether we purchased a kick stand, upgraded tires, got a tune-up or invested in high end bikes. The shop has a great atmosphere because everyone in the shop is so passionate about cycling. The staff is patient, knowledgeable, courteous and generous with their time. We appreciate that the sales and technical staff are always focused on finding the right fit (products) for our family.

I had originally gone to Eagan to have a flat repaired. I called the day before to ask if I needed to make an appointment and was told it wasn't necessary. When I arrived I was told they didn't have the tube I needed. With there being a shortage I would have thought they'd ask what size I needed when I called. I asked if they could check the Bloomington store - he looked and said they had 2. I asked if he could call to confirm and hold one for me and was told he couldn't do that. I drove to Bloomington and found out they also didn't have the tube I needed. I believe it was Blake who helped me and said they had tube with a presta valve that would be my only option at this point. He was very helpful and explained to me how the valve worked and also showed me how to take off the front brake cable & wheel so next time I can just bring in the wheel. I would highly recommend the Bloomington location. I typically visit that location but with the ongoing construction the Eagan location is more convenient. I will not be going to the Eagan location in the future.

Very helpful sales person and quick service. We bought a Trek Marlin for our granddaughter and it was a great experience. In and out in under 20 minutes - including a test ride and mounting a kick stand. Can't beat that! Thanks Freewheel.

By far the best tune up I have received. The bike was ready ahead of schedule and the workmanship was fantastic. Mike W hit it out of the park. I have taken bikes to several different shops around town including Grand Performance, NOW Sports, etc. and this was the best tune up experience I have ever had. I have already recommended Freewheel to three of my biking friends. Great job Mike and team.

The guys at the store were great! No pressure, great service, a pleasure to do business with!

I had old tires replaced with larger, better traction tires and new tubes. I also got an easy mount bike carrier that included both the hitch and bike locks. The guys were so efficient, I had time for a ride before dark (I got there at 7:15 p.m.).
