It was time for me to buy a bike. Due to a physical back issue, I needed to discuss an appropriate bike option with a knowledgable dealer. During this time Covid-19, shopping is undesirable. After calling three bike shops, Freewheel Bike of Bloomington spoke with me in detail of my physical needs, bike available and finally directed me to a proper purchase. So impressed at how your company is handling things during the pandemic. One of your competitors won't even take questions over the phone any more...but when I called Freewheel, my question was answered politely, quickly, and efficiently. Recently I've visited both the Bloomington and Richfield locations, and the staff at each were outstanding. The competitor who is closer to me and from whom I bought my last bike...well, it might indeed be the last bike they'll sell me. And I'll definitely be returning to Freewheel for service and accessories. Many thanks from a grateful customer.

Good service. I wonder if you couldn’t put on one or two more employees, so that we aren’t waiting in line for such a long time outside the Bloomington store. I understand that it is one customer per employee, so I was hopeful that you would put on at least one more employee.

Everything was great. Wasn’t happy that the sales person didn’t have a mask on, but service was great otherwise.

Your employees were very helpful. I stopped by to have air put into my tires so I could ride my bike.
I went back to your store a couple of days later and purchased a tire pump.

As far as product it didn't change from other bike shops. However while searching for my bike at numerous places the representatives were very respectful and knowledgeable even before I was sold on buying the bike. Which is rare these days.

I purchased the Rambler EVO trike. 66 years old with spine problems and this trike is perfect. The motor will provide more safety and most important, get me back up the hill we live on.
