Helpful, knowledgeable staff and I already encourage my friends to use the store. I've also been saved a couple of times by getting quick service at freewheel and I'm very grateful for that.

We can't say enough good things about Chris, who helped us with the purchase and fitted the trike. Super-friendly, super-knowledgeable, and provided information we needed without hard-selling. The shop is 3 hours from our home, but if we buy a trike again in the future, we'll probably come back here first, assuming Chris is still there.

Great service and very helpful

Helpful and friendly staff. Willing to show my 15 year old how to work the shifting on his new bike. Made adjustments and fine tuned the gearing before we left. Took the time to learn how my son road his bike - types of trail riding, road, etc. Made comparison of two different bikes and the differences between the two. Did a search for availability of one of the bikes, but ultimately went with the one that was in-stock on the floor. Happy with the purchase and service.
