I had a very good experience at your stores. I went to the Hopkins store first and Cooper helped me narrow down the options to a bike that would work for me. They didn't have that model built in stock but he called and found one in Bloomington. I went to the Bloomington store the next day with the intention of buying that model, and found an even better fit on a bike that just been returned because it didn't fit the original buyer. Tim helped me out that bike and I purchased it. Very helpful, no pressure. I would Highly recommend.
It was only a kick stand for my grandson's bike that I bought, but the service/installer was very customer friendly. I would suggest one thing. You should let the customer know the cost of the installation and get their OK before the installation. I did not know upfront if the installation was included in the kick stand's price or not. If I had known the installation was extra, I would have installed it myself.

I can’t say enough about the experience I had with my bike tune up. Everyone was so professional and personable. After the work was done to my bike it is like brand new, actually it rides better than when I bought it new. I had no idea I could enjoy riding more it more. I do because of the quality and thorough workmanship. I will certainly return to the shop for all of my biking needs!!!!

Good reliable information over the phone. Parts staff on site had good tip for timely pickup of parts at branch locations in the future after I biked 18 miles each way to get a part in Bloomington because the website said it would take a week to get to Roseville. Also had a good tip for a more pleasant bike route back to Minneapolis.
Very helpful in finding parts for my old Trek. Friendly staff as well.
