I like I could purchase a bike, have accessories installed a d take it home the same day. Hans in the Bloomington store offers great service and he’s extremely knowledgeable.

I have worked with three different staff members the last three times I have been in the store. All three have been outstanding. They all have fully answered my questions and explained so much to me from the different types of pedals to things to maintain on the bike. Recently, I stopped in 10 minutes before closing time with what I thought was a quick question about tires. I learned about tires, chains and much more in the next 45 minutes. The staff member greatly exceeded my expectations.
