Close to my home. Reasonable selection of spare parts. They were able to squeeze a small repair (derailler cable) into the recent busy service schedule. They forgot to install one cable tie which I noticed when I picked it up, and they fixed immediately, otherwise I would have given a 10 rating.
I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks for the great customer service I received yesterday in your store. I came in late afternoon to see a Trek I'd been looking at online. As a stay at home Mom without childcare, I had my 4 and 6 year old boys with me. Pam walked up to help us right away and was friendly. My boys sat and played on their tablets while Pam helped me look at a few options and took me out to test drive a few.
I've been in and out of 5 different bike shops in the Twin Cities area this week looking for the right bike, always with my 4 year old in tow, sometimes with my 6 year old as well. It's not ideal to bike shop with kids, I felt brushed off in other shops, one location told me "eh we don't have anything like that right now" come back this weekend and we might have more bikes in, and they let me walk right out. One sales person I worked with at another shop acted as if my 4 year old was invisible and when my son asked the person something about a bike directly, they wouldn't look at him or reply to his question. Like they hadn't ever interacted with a person under 10. It was so awkward. This is where your shop, and Pam specifically, shined. She made the process seem effortless and completely comfortable. No one in the busy shop ever seemed annoyed that my children were there. Again, they were playing on tablets, and well behaved, but still, I was never made to feel like they were un-welcomed in the business interaction.
So I want to thank your store staff, and Pam for that. It made a huge difference to me to have such a welcoming experience, and to be taken seriously, even though I looked like walking childcare. Ha ha! I am in love with my new Trek FX 3 Disc! Exactly what I was looking for and happy to have been able to work with someone knowledgeable on my options.

We like your website. We were able to research the different models. When we decided on the Trek Verve we did an on line chat with Corey. He checked inventory in all your stores and found the sizes we wanted in the Bloomington store. We drove down there from St. Cloud, did a test drive and took them home. It was so easy!
I recently bought a Trek Verve 2 low step at your store. I absolutely love it! The staff was great accommodating me since I had trouble finding the right bike for my needs.
I have gotten some great deals over years. Still using products I bought 20 years ago. Bike bags always go out sooner. Too much use! Yesterday had GREAT service at Bloomington. The sales pro HELPED and HELPED me and I think for my birthday this week I'm going to snag a bike they helped me with. I am so excited. I'm quite a bike rider but now with my new bike! Finally after all these years! I'll just ride more. I told myself when I get a new bike ( which obviously isn't very often) it will be FW..because of the BEST service. 20+ years ago at Dinkytown and now Blmtn
