Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered all questioned and had a lot of patience with 6 year old customer and his 2 year old sister. They had mechanics double check everything for safety before we left with our (new to us) used bike.

Chris, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered every question and demonstrated the workings of the Recumbent Terra Trike I was interested in. When I decided to purchase the Trike, I felt completely relaxed knowing exactly what I was buying and the price I was paying. I returned the next day to purchase Heel and Toe Safety pedals and again the service I received was professional. I'd recommend Freewheel Bike in Bloomington to anyone interested in Bikes or Trikes. They are the BEST!
