We took our bikes in for replacement pedals and the staff was super helpful. They taught us newbies a bit about how to maintain our bikes, installed the pedals and inflated our tires. We were able to take our bikes straight from the store to Hyland park and had a great time riding our bikes.

The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, respectful and professional. Any question I asked was answered directly or by the next consulted staff member as no one left a question lingering. And, as expected, everyone likes to talk “bike” when entering a bike shop and the staff didn’t let me down at all - they indulged my interest in discussing old, current and new tech for bikes as I am pondering the benefits of upgrading my older gear. And I was impressed to see Orbea stocked in the store. Overall, the staff and products are great and it was really nice to spend time in a local bike shop again. Thanks!
