Mike Weiss is a tremendous asset. He took a problem (rockshox warranty issue) on a bike that I didn’t get at Freewheel and absolutely made it his own to fix. He really helped me out as he always does. I send everyone to him and will continue to do so. Thanks again mike.

We truly enjoyed Jacob as the sales rep that aided us in buying a Trek FX 4. As there were none to be found we ended up ordering one and he was exceptional in completeness and apparent enthusiasm of us ordering that bike. We checked in with him almost weekly to see if it was in after the expected date had passed and he never once acted like we were bothering him or becoming a pest.

With respect to the Trek FX 4.... It appears to be a wonderful, lightweight bike for my wife. Unfortunately a couple of weeks before it actually came in to your store my wife fell in a downstairs shower breaking her hip ( I was 8 hours away and unable to be of any assistance.) As she was unable to use the lower half of her body, she had to crawl the 100 foot length of our home and then crawl up 15 steps to get to the main level of our home. She then crawled 25 feet into our master bedroom to retrieve her cell phone. After calling 911 she realized that the doors were all dead-bolt locked so she crawled to the front door to unlock it for the paramedics. Her doctor has said no biking this season so her new FX 4 sits. Ready to go...

Now Jacob has said that the typical 100 mile or thirty day inspection would hold for her until she is able to ride and for that we thank him. Since I'm guessing that he doesn't make the policy we won't hold FreeWheel to that but thank him none the less.

Very friendly and attentive folks, no pressure sales, let me try out bikes and offered me different options. In fact, I was out the door with my new bike when someone realized they did have the kickstand I needed, before I pulled away an employee came out and flagged me down, and they installed the kickstand, so I left there all set to go. I will likely start there when I make my next bike purchase.

The guys I worked with were great. You had items in stock. They did the work in 15 mins.
