Helpful, knowledgeable staff and I already encourage my friends to use the store. I've also been saved a couple of times by getting quick service at freewheel and I'm very grateful for that.
Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. We appreciate the effort put into fixing our bikes asap and love that you support Bloomington Riders. We've tried other shops and always end up back at Freewheel, customer service and professionalism are top notch.

We can't say enough good things about Chris, who helped us with the purchase and fitted the trike. Super-friendly, super-knowledgeable, and provided information we needed without hard-selling. The shop is 3 hours from our home, but if we buy a trike again in the future, we'll probably come back here first, assuming Chris is still there.

Great service and very helpful
Helpful and friendly staff. Willing to show my 15 year old how to work the shifting on his new bike. Made adjustments and fine tuned the gearing before we left. Took the time to learn how my son road his bike - types of trail riding, road, etc. Made comparison of two different bikes and the differences between the two. Did a search for availability of one of the bikes, but ultimately went with the one that was in-stock on the floor. Happy with the purchase and service.
Jacob and all the others were fabulous. Very friendly and they listened to me.
I can't remember the name of he fellow with glasses. He took the parts back and made the change on the spot.

I like I could purchase a bike, have accessories installed a d take it home the same day. Hans in the Bloomington store offers great service and he’s extremely knowledgeable.
I have worked with three different staff members the last three times I have been in the store. All three have been outstanding. They all have fully answered my questions and explained so much to me from the different types of pedals to things to maintain on the bike. Recently, I stopped in 10 minutes before closing time with what I thought was a quick question about tires. I learned about tires, chains and much more in the next 45 minutes. The staff member greatly exceeded my expectations.
Staffs are friendly and most bike parts/accessories are available. Also, the fanatic membership is great!

I was very well taken care of! I came in to have a flat tire repaired and the contact person (forgot his name) spent a lot of time with me to make sure I put the best tires for me on my bike.
