I dealt with a salesman named Jacob amd purchased a brand new surly karate monkey..Jacob was awesome..He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bike and recommended upgrades that I couldnt now fathom being without..This was by far the veat customer service I have ever received from a store front..Unreal..I drove nearly 4 hours to buy a bike from you because of Jacob..You also now have a new customer that will make the commute just to deal with him..As far as the bike goes, very very happy!! I had a very good experience at your stores. I went to the Hopkins store first and Cooper helped me narrow down the options to a bike that would work for me. They didn't have that model built in stock but he called and found one in Bloomington. I went to the Bloomington store the next day with the intention of buying that model, and found an even better fit on a bike that just been returned because it didn't fit the original buyer. Tim helped me out that bike and I purchased it. Very helpful, no pressure. I would Highly recommend.
It was only a kick stand for my grandson's bike that I bought, but the service/installer was very customer friendly. I would suggest one thing. You should let the customer know the cost of the installation and get their OK before the installation. I did not know upfront if the installation was included in the kick stand's price or not. If I had known the installation was extra, I would have installed it myself.
