Number 1 service

Freewheel is a great shop based on my experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have been able to do quick mechanical things for me on the spot without an issue. They typically are well stocked - and if they don’t have it at one store it might be available at one of their many nearby ones.

Went in to have the rear derailleur adjusted. It was done quickly and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Mike is the bomb - been there for years and knows bikes inside and out. great service and always helpful.
