I brought my bike in to get it ready to ride. Graham checked me in and did a once over with the bike then scheduled me for a general spruce - up of the bike and to fill the tires with air. 20 minutes later my bike was ready.

I'm a new customer, so I only know what it was like to buy one Terra Trike. I was met and helped originally by a biking enthusiast named Matt, and when it turned out I was interested in a Trike, Matt turned me over to Chris, who helped me choose a trike I hope and expect to be thoroughly happy with. Both Matt and Chris were thoroughgoing in regard to safety with a low profile vehicle. The rapport I witnessed between staff members was nice to see.

Excellent communication about a problem I was having with my bicycle. Problem was well diagnosed and fixed at a reasonable cost.

I really appreciated how thoroughly the mechanic inspected my bike explaining at each step what he was checking and why. And I particularly appreciated him confirming the bike was in good shape and that a tune-up really wasn't warranted. That level of thoroughness and honesty means a great deal and will be remembered any time I need parts, service, and when the time comes to replace the bike.

Everyone was very helpful. The young lady that showed us our new Electric Trek Bike was very knowledgeable on the bike. She had me try out other styles to make sure I was getting the right fit for my body and the kind of riding we were going to do.
The young man that went thru the bike to make sure it was ready to go. He explained the in and outs of the bike with my husband and recommended different accessories that we may want for the bike to make our rides more enjoyable. Thanks to everyone
