Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. Katie M in particular was great! Very flexible when my card got declined and then I came back the next day and the bike didn't fit in my trunk. I'm very happy with the experience and will be coming back for anything else I need.

I brought my bike in to get it ready to ride. Graham checked me in and did a once over with the bike then scheduled me for a general spruce - up of the bike and to fill the tires with air. 20 minutes later my bike was ready.
I will be back.
