Matt is a tremendous, non-pressure salesperson. I did my own homework on the bikes we ended up purchasing. Matt provided choices for us. He gave us the time to really decide on what types of riding we think we wanted to do. We eventually decided on the Powerfly 4 over the Verses model. Good choice for us. Lot of money for a bike, but we felt we would enjoy every minute of every trail of every road we came upon. Thank you for your patience.

Very friendly people. Long history of service to the community, beginning with the small bike shop on 24th Street near the river, in perhaps 1975 when I bought a bike for my wife there. Continuing with the acquisition of Penn Cycle, another old favorite of mine.

Hans was great. So was Tom at the Richfield location.

I tend to look at the quality of service technicians and Freewheel Bloomington, EP and Eagan (the three shops I've used for service) are exceptional in every way. In addition, my buying experiences have been great as well - knowledgeable sales staff and great service.
