I walked into the Roseville location after 15 years of not riding, and walked out with everything I needed to dive back into the sport. They gave me the sense that not only would Freewheel have me covered if and when I needed more gear or needed more questions answered, but that they actually seemed to care that my experience in the store and out in the world on my bike mattered to them. I’ve experienced this at multiple Freewheel locations, particularly Roseville and Bloomington. The staff seem to want to help you, not just “have to,” as it often feels in brick-and-mortar shops. Kudos to management for hiring the right people and fostering a healthy customer service environment.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend, and actually already have.
