Gives estimates of potential issues they are seeing so you are not shocked when you get the final bill. Doesn't try to over sale. I always seem to get each bike back sooner than when they say it will be ready. Most of all... very friendly and ready to help.

Everyone was super nice and professional. We were suppose to pick up our bikes on the f1st of July—has checked in two for repairs, cleaning and some new tires—got a txt 3 days earlier and was very happy to have the bikes back.

The location is important to me. I enjoy riding my bike around southern and western Bloomington, feeling comfortable that if I have a problem with my bicycle Freewheel is close by. Also, Freewheel in Bloomington has good people on staff. Just this week, Katie was very helpful in getting my bike fixed.
