Fast and friendly service. I have never been dissatisfied when I needed something fixed, serviced or when I've bought something. We bought an eBike for my wife earlier this year (big purcha$e) and she's still raving about it.
Penn Cycle was our long time preferred shop and the transition to Free Wheelin' has been smooth and painless.
Let me add that I do miss Penn Cycle's long time 1/2 price deal on bike tune-ups during your slow months of December, January and mid-February. I think that was the program...

I like the Freewheel bike tune-up checklist looks complete. also worked performed by and inspected by names is helpful. the sram rival shifter had to ordered in. the descirption on the c.c. receipt was clear. also showing savings was good touch.

Very knowledgeable staff and helpful reinforcing me that buying the Trek Checkpoint SL6 was a great choice. 2 rides on it now and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. Thank you!
