I visited with the goal of purchasing a new bicycle pump. The young man who servedme was very helpful and efficient. I'd give him a 10 for customer service.

The service was effective and careful to avoid damage on the equipment.
They didn't find brake pads replacement, but one suggestion would be to assess the status of existing component (opportunity to improve). In fact, I was able to clean and adjust the brakes that were noisy and quickly fixed the issue. If they had made this last step, I'd be really impressed with the outcome. Although, the service was done perfectly to what was requested.

I always get very friendly service at this bike shop. The location is convenient to where I live. One of the technicians fixed my innertube while I waited. I go here anytime I need service on my bike.

I have bought many Trek bikes over the years at Penn Cycle for me, my wife and daughter. They are quality products. The service at Penn Cycle and now Freewheel has always been great. My grandparents bought me and my brother Schwinn Stingray bicycles when we were your boys at Penn Cycle on Penn avenue in Richfield. We rode them lots of miles and I have found memories of riding those bikes in our city in Bloomington.

I’m new to the trike world. When I encountered my first problem I went to my regular bike shop. I found out thru internet that you were an authorized dealer of the terra trikes. When I visited your showroom to browse on accessories there was this mature person assembling a trike, regardless of his work he took the time to talk to me about the different options I had to accommodate a headrest depending of the model of my trike. I had no hesitation to bring my trike when I found my second problem … the mechanic that fixed my trike was very professional, he called me thru the phone and explained everything he found wrong and how he fixed it. When I went to pay and pickup the trike he came to the showroom to meet me and returned back the unused extra chain and brake cable. I’m very pleased with the service I have received and by consequence you have find a new loyal customer. Thanks
