I was midway through a ride when I had trouble with my rear derailleur. I diverted to the France & Old Shokapee store. They quickly put my bike up and found the problem. The mechanic gave a quick fine tuning and I was on my way within 15 minutes.

Mike was attentive and involved finding out what happened to my Trek. It accidentally fell off the bike rack and had several damaged parts. He arranged to find the parts needed and I felt confident he knew how to fix the problem. They completed the repair in just a couple days.

Your sales staff and repair staff are always very helpful. I purchased a Trek verve 3 after I hurt my hip and they were very responsive to my needs. I put it on hold for about 3 weeks hoping I would be able to ride by the 4th week but no go. I did purchase it and brought it home and still not able to ride. Was concerned with the 30 day policy because I may not be able to ride it until next spring and yet I felt it was unfair to leave the bike on hold with $200. down so I picked it up. I mentioned it to the staff and the answer was First name removed't worry we will work with you.
