I like that you have a wide selection of parts available and most are available to pick up locally on the same day. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I believe they have my best interests in mind when making recommendations. The stores are clean, well organized, and efficiently laid out. I also appreciate the ability to order online and pick up in the store. I have always had a good experience at Freewheel and will continue to support them in the future.
