This was an excellent visit. Previous visits have not gone as well.

Brought 2 bikes in for 100 mile free tune ups. They turned them around in about 20 min which was unexpected. They also fixed one small issue for free on one bike and fixed another decent almost catastrophic issue on another. Then they went through multiple educational things about these issues. Great work and awesome to learn from them.

Sales Associate was very helpful. Tried a couple of bike helmets. She found the one that fit the best .

Hans from Bloomington location was very helpful and shared great information. Having each bike size in each bike style in stock would be amazing. Drove to several locations to leave without purchasing because bikes to try were not in stock.
