I brought in my 30 yr old Trek bike into the Richfield store after a ride that damaged my derailer. They inspected the bike, put an estimate together, and informed my that Trek had a crank recall that was still in place! Unfortunately, the cost to repair my damage exceeded the value of the bike so I began shopping for a new bike After looking at a few bikes in my price range and test riding I narrowed it down to two models. They suggested I try a larger size and sent me to the Bloomington shop where the larger size worked perfect for me. I purchased a new Trek mountain bike and I love it! The staff at both shops were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service!

Katie, Hans, and Chris were very helpful in answering our questions and making sure we had our needs met. We like the TerraTrike recumbant tandem. It allows us to ride together, not worry about tipping over, and no strain on our backs.
I needed some service on my AZUB, and Mike in Service was incredibly accommodating to scheduling me in quickly, and walking me through the issue and confirming the solution. He also offered several items to improve my riding and maintenance experience. Mike is the most experienced bike and e-bike technician that I have worked with hands down. He is also very professional: Listens well to the customer, and communicates very well his recommendations and the technical background for his proposals. Freewheel Bloomington and Mike are the best!

One of the only stores in the area that had the style bike I was looking for in my size. Store was very busy but multiple employees stopped to check in with me and make sure I was being helped. Very knowledgable employees, Adam taught me a ton and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
Courteous and attentive service. Purchased a new bike (Dual Sport 1) and brought two in for maintenance - a Marlin 6 that is 1-year old and an older FX 7.2 that was recently bought used. Did a full rundown on the FX 7.2 and only recommended what was needed for safety, etc., not what was cosmetic or not needed, yet.
We've purchased three bikes there and have always been satisfied with them as our local store.

All the sales people I have met are cycling enthusiasts who know about the products, or can refer one to an associate who knows a particular bike, trike, whatever inside out. And they seriously want you to get the right bike for your needs. Great inventory, real dominance in any sector they decide to be best in. Prices are market competitive, but not cheap. From the sale through years of service thereafter, they add value through the quality of the operation, including across town, store to store. One baddie: I had to wait 3 weeks before they could even have a look at my broken trike. I hope they can find the qualified people and or space to make delays of that kind to go away.
Took a bike in for a tune up and they were scheduled 2 weeks out. They were able to do a quick repair on the same day, and I was on my way. Great service!!!

Our salesperson was very helpful in selecting the right size of bike, explaining the bikes functions and finding a new helmet. You had the model, size and color in stock, and we were able to take the bike home right away.
