My headset on my used Waterford bike was loose. It wobbled and bottomed out while travelling over bumps. Kudos for your team at Bloomington. I've had no problems with my bike.

I was very appreciative that the sales gal was able to take in my bike for repairs on short notice. She was great at explaining why my tires were probably flat and what to watch for next time. I was able to get both tires fixed within the week.
