The salesman was super helpful in choosing the right bike for us and in the right price range. He was very knowledgeable and really nice. He let my son do a test ride on the bike. He showed me how to use the presto valves on the tires. Showed us how to remove the front tire correctly and how to use the brake spacer He got us custom pedals to add. It was just a great experience.

Nice sales staff - you guys talked to me like I was a tri athlete buying a $10k bike; just wanted my tire fixed. Really helped me out and explained what to avoid when fixing the myself in the future.

I stopped in on Sunday of Labor Day weekend, and got great service. I needed a new tube in my tire & Michael helped me with that as well as helping me pick a bike pump as the one I had was over 25 years old! Very helpful service & quick!
