I test rode a bike - Trek-Verve+3 a couple times (plus one other bike). The employees worked with me to get the exact fit I needed and made adjustments. They held the bike for me as I was deciding on different things. When I said I needed a bunch of accessories and helmet, they were right there pulling things off shelves and telling me options. So not only does Freewheel have great products, it has terrific, helpful personnel.

There is a great selection of bikes and accessories. I recently purchased a new bike there with some accessories and the staff have all been very helpful as I customized the bike to fit me physically and practically.

Kevin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to choose some cycling shoes and new pedals. He was very detailed in explaining how the clips worked and why he thought it would be a good choice for what I needed. Kevin also gave me some great pointers and suggestions for my future cycling interests as I’m also researching and looking into a new bike in the future. I trusted his advice and opinion and will definitely be going back to this location.

Very detailed with work orders, take the time to listen and insure the WO addresses the customer’s concerns. Your communications through e-mails with copy of WO, letting me know when job is done, e-mail receipt, calls when parts are in, etc. is all top notch customer service. Thank you.

I have been bringing my current bike to Freewheel in Bloomington for 7 years. The service has been great. Very thoughtful, with very little up sell. When I get me bike back I can rest assured that it will operate at it's best performance, and if I have any problems, they will be cared for. I have purchased a hybrid for my son, and that process went well, and have a thirty year old Trek that I purchased there, and another hybrid for my wife. Good Merchandise, great staff and ownership. Plan to continue coming back.
