Knowledgable , helpful and friendly employees ...

I was helped by Chris at your Bloomington location, and he was so great to work with.
I needed a bike the next day for my daughter’s birthday, I called at 5:30pm and Chris said he would do everything he could to make it happen.
He called the next day and said the bike was ready to go.
When I went to pick it up he went over the bike, went over the free tuneups and was just all around great to work with.
Because of Chris I will always try to buy a bike at Freewheel first. Thank you so much Chris!

Freewheel folks are all friendly, knowledgeable and reliably on time. They have serviced my Evo Terra Trike for a number of years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very impressed with the gentleman that waited on me. I told him I needed a tune-up. He thoroughly looked at the bike. He tightened all the screws, oiled the chain, filled up the tires, and away I went. Thank you very much.
