The Bloomington team is always cheerful and is ready to help with my needs and/or address my problems every time I walk in the door. They also do a great job of making recommendations on products that are useful on my bike and then teaching me how to handle some of the issues on my own.

I usually find that I end up staying longer than necessary because we seem to always get into a conversation about bike rides, trails, etc. Always enjoyable.

I would be sitting on an worn-through Laz-E-Boy, looking at a stable of unrideable bikes without the amazing shop crew at Bloomington Freewheel. Whether it's a bike I purchased from them or not, they bend over backwards to listen to my latest self-inflicted repair sob story. Then they do everything in their power, in the moment, to provide some comforting insight as to what the issue might be. And they somehow always manage to complete the repair in record time. Can't recommend them enough.
