Chris, the manager at the Bloomington store, was the primary reason that we bought our Terra Trike Evo from Freewheel. VERY knowledgeable and experienced. Listens well. Tolerant and patient. Not high pressure at all.
The EVO is at the right price point. We could easily have spent another $2000 on a comparable trike from a different manufacturer, and we wouldn't have liked it as well as the EVO. For example, we don't like the bar end shifters that other manufacturers use on their trikes. (one shifter on an e-bike). Other brands are using bar end shifters to in order to get a wider gear range with less power. The EVO is more power with a narrower gear range with more power.
Really like the competent thorough service and the friendliness of the entire staff. (Just wish it wasn’t so expensive…. $675 for my 2 year old bike tune-up. I guess I wore a lot of things out)

Friendly and fast response with the website chat function. Equally positive experience with both employees i spoke with at the Bloomington store when i came in to purchase a tool i needed.
Took my bike in for a tune-up. Hans did the inspection and explained everything they would do and why it was needed.
Bike was ready when promised, and the cost was less than the estimate.
When I picked it up I was helped with the selection of a new helmet.
They offered to take my bike out to my car, but that wasn't necessary.
Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.

I do like the bike brands. Also, the Bloomington staff is very helpful. The have helped me resolved several issues and getting parts for all of my bikes including ones purchased elsewhere. One of the reasons I chose to purchase my new bike at Freewheel.
Very impressed with the gentleman that waited on me. I told him I needed a tune-up. He thoroughly looked at the bike. He tightened all the screws, oiled the chain, filled up the tires, and away I went. Thank you very much.
