When I purchased my bike from Freewheel I received great advice from the salesperson. Then I needed a repair on a flat tire, they fixed it while I waited. Service like this builds a lasting relationship for future purchases and referrals to others.

Chris and others seemed very knowledgeable of your products. He helped me choose a bike that would work best for me and explained the pros and cons of other bikes at a similar price point.

I did have two issues with the purchase. One was the rear fender was not aligned properly and the rear wheel had many very loose spokes.

I worked with Ben and Chris to purchase my All-City Super Pro. They were fantastic! Very knowledgeable answering all my questions, concerns, and maintaining a low key sales approach. Dealership had a good selection of bikes and accessories.
