Had a wonderful experience buying a new bicycle in the Bloomington store. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly and I recognized Mike as one of the mechanics who has given me exceptional service on tune-ups and repairs in previous years. (It's always comforting to see such continuity in the staff.) On this visit, Hans, the salesman/mechanic I worked with, answered all my questions patiently and enthusiastically and obviously had an in-depth knowledge of the product line and the sport as a whole. Hans was extremely helpful and made the whole process of buying a new bicycle a wonderful experience.

I came in with my sister who recently became completely blind and he was to help us and connect with her wonderfully. We picked out some toe clips for my sister's bike so we can attach them to the bike on her trainer.
