Overall you guys are "AWESOME'. The only recommendation I had for improvement is the delivery process regarding the bike. Given there cost and functionality I would think you would go over the features and the equipment required to adjust/maintain the bike at the consumer level along with warranty coverage.
Like I said as a whole Scott and Chris "Rock" There time, knowledge, and enthusiasm were greatly appreciated.

Had a wonderful experience buying a new bicycle in the Bloomington store. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly and I recognized Mike as one of the mechanics who has given me exceptional service on tune-ups and repairs in previous years. (It's always comforting to see such continuity in the staff.) On this visit, Hans, the salesman/mechanic I worked with, answered all my questions patiently and enthusiastically and obviously had an in-depth knowledge of the product line and the sport as a whole. Hans was extremely helpful and made the whole process of buying a new bicycle a wonderful experience.

Chris is awesome. Great customer service, super knowledgeable, and very personable. I came in with my sister who recently became completely blind and he was to help us and connect with her wonderfully. We picked out some toe clips for my sister's bike so we can attach them to the bike on her trainer.

I brought in two mountain bikes (not Treks or any other brand Freewheel carries) that needed a variety of new components and adjustments. Staff at the Bloomington store were very helpful and explained what each bike would need, and how long it would take. When I was notified that the bikes were ready, I was pleasantly surprised to find the total amount was less than I had been estimated, and both bikes were not only completely updated and adjusted, they were both sparkling clean which I really appreciated. I was very impressed with the professional approach and also appreciated the one page summary attached to each bike that listed in detail what was new, what had been checked and/or adjusted, and what had been replaced with new components.
