Great service
Your staff in the service department saved the day for me. I used the app to make my appointment. Hit the key for SERVICE and Jessica helped me get appt for 3. This was my first time dealing with Don Franklin . Upon arrival found out I had no appt because it seems Jessica did not transfer this info to the service dept in Bowling Green. The service department says this is a bug in the system that has yet to be fixed. As a first time customer I did not know that if I did not get a call back I did not have an appt. They explained that if I wanted to wait they would get me in or I could make an appointment for another time. I waited and they did get me in with a smile . Thanks to your staff in the service dept, I will come back and would recommend your business to anyone! PLEASE FIX THAT BUG IN YOUR APP!!!!!

Exceptional Service Department! I brought my 2015 Jeep in for a routine oil change. My check engine light was on, and “gas cap” was showing on the dash. Lamar found a crack in the gas cap and fortunately the item was in stock and replaced!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to take care of this issue on a busy Thursday in the Service Department!
